15 years ago, Sushi-Pro began as a small kitchen in Burleigh Heads producing sushi. From those humble beginnings, it has grown into one of Queensland’s most trusted sushi brands — now employing 34 Queenslanders, operating a state-of-the-art kitchen, and maintaining a fleet of nine refrigerated delivery vehicles. Today, Sushi-Pro is one of the leading providers of fresh sushi catering across Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Northern NSW and the Gold Coast.

Our product range includes 19 flavours of white rice sushi, 5 flavours of brown rice sushi, 10 varieties of Vietnamese rice paper rolls and 3 types of nigiri. We have also recently introduced poke bowls and fried rice options. Our products can be found in major outlets such as Coles, IGA, Woolworths Metro stores, Compass Group sites, BP, and hundreds of school tuckshops throughout South East Queensland.

Sushi-Pro is committed to using only fresh, quality ingredients, with produce and proteins sourced daily. All our chicken is poached in our own signature sauces, rather than fried in oils, helping ensure our products remain a healthy option.

Sushi-Pro has proudly been HACCP certified since 2007 and holds globally recognised SQF accreditation, ensuring all processes meet strict food safety and quality control standards.
